We do not manage single-family homes, individually-held condos, or short-term rentals. California-wide AB 1482 (with the current 2025-26 regional caps of 8.0% for LA-OC and 7.5% for the Inland Empire), the Los Angeles Rent Stabilization Ordinance, the Santa Ana Rent Stabilization Ordinance, and Pasadena Measure H. We also handle just-cause eviction compliance, AB 12 security deposit limits, and the patchwork of local registration and relocation-fee rules across our California footprint.
